Where is my package?Â
If your tracking says that your package has been delivered, yet it's nowhere to be found please contact your local post office.Â
Also, be sure to check with reception or the office if you live in a building with multiple residents. If your tracking is not updating for any reason, please contact USPS and they can check into the status and location of your package for you. Be sure to check your order information to make sure everything is entered correctly for shipping information.Â
My Order is incorrect, or I'm missing an item.Â
If your order arrives and is incorrect, please contact us through our Facebook page within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include any information such as what is incorrect, what you should have received, your email, and order number. We will do our best to fix the issue for you. If you are missing an item, please check your email to be sure we haven't sent you an email saying the item was flawed or out of stock. If you have not received this and a refund, please message us to let us know about the missing item. Contact us through our Facebook page. Please be sure to include what item is missing, Your order number, and email.Â
My item arrived defective, now what?Â
If you believe that you have received a flawed or broken item, please contact us right away (within 3 days of receiving your order). Send us a photo of the flaw, or break, and your order number. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, we can only assume the damage is from wear.Â
I would like to exchange something;Â how do I do this?Â
We do not do exchanges. Due to limited quantity of our merchandise. We can not guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will be available when we receive your return. We will not exchange an item for a different item, We strongly recommend that you place a new order for the item you are wanting in order to make sure you get it.Â
I placed an order and then I received a refund, what's going on?Â
Unfortunately, it means that an item in your order is not available or that we found an issue with the item. We usually send an email alerting you that the item is out of stock or flawed. Along with the refund being issued for that item.Â
An item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked?Â
Unfortunately, we cannot always reorder the items we have carried. If an item sells out super quick, we will try as hard as we can to restock that item. The restock can take a few days up to a few weeks. It all depends on how quickly we can get the merchandise.Â
How come some items don't come in plus size?Â
When we order products from our vendors some items are just made in S - L. However, we usually have a variety of plus size clothing in other pieces.Â
Can I Cancel an order after it's been placed?Â
No, I'm sorry once an order has been placed it automatically is getting prepared into orders for production or packaging and shipping.Â
The Preorder item I ordered is delayed can I get a refund?Â
No, I'm sorry we do not refund for delayed preorders. Some preorders take a little longer to produce than expected. ETA - Estimated Time of Arrivals are always just an estimated date.Â
Can I combine a Preorder item with a ready to ship item to save on shipping?Â
Yes, you can but your ready to ship item will be held until for the estimated ETA time for that Preorder item. Once that preorder item arrives the ready to ship items will ship with that item for your one shipping total. It is best to order your preorder and ready to ship items separately so you can receive your ready to ship items right away to start enjoying.Â
My package was sent to my Old Address & now being returned to sender, now what?Â
When we receive the item back, we will email you to the email provided at checkout. A second shipping fee will apply. We will collect this shipping fee at this time with the correct shipping address to resend you order to you. If for any reason a customer doesn't want to pay the second shipping total. A 20% restocking fee will apply out of the refund total. Shipping costs will not be included in this refund.
How do I return an Item?
Please make sure to view our returns page to make sure the item meets our return criteria and understand how our returns work. If the item does, please use our contact form or message our Facebook page to begin your return process. We will then give you the return address to ship your return to. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns are issued into store credit. Returns must be received within 30 days of original mailing date. Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, clothing tags attached if applicable, and in original packaging condition. Once we receive your return and it meets the return criteria, we will then send you an email with your Store Credit Code to apply to your next order.Â

Once we receive your return, we will inspect your return to make sure it meets our return criteria. If you return is approved, we will email you saying your return has been approved with your Discount code to apply at checkout for your store credit.
