Items discounted 30% or more will not be accepted as returns.

Returns Must be received within 30 days of Original Shipping Date

Items must be returned in their Original condition unworn & unwashed. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, detergent fragrance, animal hair / scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, any signs of physical wear, etc. 

Please make sure to have an account created on our site to make the store credit process quick and easy! 

TO USE YOUR STORE CREDIT : We will send you a email with your Store Credit code once your return has been approved. You will be able to enter in this Code at checkout to apply your store credit. If taxes apply, you will be charged for taxes and shipping.

Overview: Returns sent in that do NOT meet the return criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee OR subject to invoicing you to be shipped back to you. 

Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return. 

Shoe boxes are an important part of product presentation. If you received shoes in a box they must be returned undamaged in the box they came in. This means you CANNOT use the shoe box as the main shipping container, please place shoe box inside a separate box or bag. 

Original Shipping charges are non-refundable 

If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee OR we reserve the rights to ship the items back to you. 

Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by Facebook message, or email within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. Otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. 

Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. 

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER. 

We do not ship on weekends. The shipping center is closed on weekends. 
We ship through USPS. 
All orders are shipped with tracking which is emailed to the email you provide at checkout. You can track your packages on the USPS website.

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packaging slip, please mark the items you are returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information: 
Name, Email, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process.
